Aluminum has a specific physicochemical properties due to which is widely used in the petrochemical industry as a corrosionresistant material. In this article we proposed a methodology for assessing the corrosion resistance of aluminum conductors power cable for submersible pumps. Dependence of corrosion parameters from impurities in the alloy composition, solution composition and the presence of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in it was obtained.

» Invert micellar dispersion – perfect decision for work-over operationOpen PDF
In this study the invert emulsion based work-over fluids are examined and several important issues arising therefrom. Case stud- ies that demonstrate functionality of invert micellar dispersion used in Arhangelovskaya field are also presented. Engineering of the specially formulated perforation fluid represent availability micellar dispersion of Supramol emulsifier as a perfect decision for work-over operation. This paper describes a mechanism of it’s work with comparison between engineered and conventional fluid. High-performance displacement method is depicted, that overcome issues intrinsic these type of mud.

Information on the loss of shale stability and their stabilization methods is provided. There is difference in the specialists’ opinions as to these issues. It is proposed that the drilling mud for the borehole stabilization should be selected according to the nature of shale deformation and destruction.

Underground disposal of liquid production waste carried out by the enterprises of various branches of industry in Russia as a method for environment protection from pollution, gained acceptance in the gas industry too. Exploitation of oil-gas-condensate fields, underground gas storages, strengthening of environmental requirements to the composition of liquid production waste inevitably leads to their «neutralization» by underground disposal.

» Technical requirements to lubrication oils for gas pumping unitsOpen PDF
One of the directions to ensure reliable functioning of the unified gas supply system is enhancement of operation reliability of gas pumping units (GPU) depending on operating properties of applied oils. The lubrication oils currently supplied and used in lubrication systems of GPU, for the needs of GAZPROM JSC are manufactured in accordance with regulatory documents of various level and identity (GOST, TU, OST, STO of manufacturers). Moreover, the technical requirements set out in the regulatory documents do not always meet the requirements of the gas pumping equipment operation since the lubricants were developed without regard to operation specifics at GAZPROM JSC. There is currently a tendency to extension of the line of lubricants manufactured according to STO of various manufacturers under own trademarks.

In order to maintain the formation pressure (MFP), formation water and the Cenomanian Stage water is generally used. However, with large flooding volume for MFP, the overlying formation water is used. In addition, there are concerns related to modification of the fresh water flood displacement capability. The article describes the analysis results as to the fresh water flood displacement efficiency by the Priobskoye field case.

» Substantiation of fresh water flooding to maintain the formation pressure in Verkhneshapshinskoye fieldOpen PDF
In order to maintain the formation pressure (MFP), formation water and the Cenomanian Stage water is generally used. However, with small flooding volume it is not economically feasible to build the water supply wells to the Cenomanian water-bearing formations. Therefore, for MFP purposes the water of overlying formations is used, which is actually fresh water. The article describes the substantiation of a possibility to use fresh water for formation pressure maintenance systems by the Verkhne-shapshinskoye field case.

» Analysis of dependence of sweep efficiency on the main macroinhomogeneity indicatorsOpen PDF
A series of calculations according to stochastic models was performed, dependence of number of permeable intervals on net-to-gross ratio was obtained, and impact of lenses size on this dependence was assessed. Based on the results of stochastic modeling, a diagram of dependence of sweep efficiency on number of permeable intervals was drawn up.
