The article’s subject of research is the technical condition of the pump and compressor equipment (PCE) of sulfurous gas, condensate and oil production sites.
The objective is to substantiate the methods and algorithms which are used to establish the extent of diagnostics and the PCE’s operation renewal periods.
The article presents: the PCE’s composition classification by operating principle, design variation, operating parameter; analysis results of the types of initial and accumulated defects and damages; vibration load, previous failures and demolitions, analysis results of the methods used, technical means and metal condition control algorithms, establishing damage parameters, PCE’s vibration parameter control; assessment of the operating capacity, vibration load, durability and resource; substantiating the methods, technical means and algorithms used to establish the extent and periodicity of diagnostics and vibration measurements, PCE’s operation renewal and replacement periods.
One offers proposals regarding the methods, technical means and diagnostics algorithms, periodicity and examination periods, assessment criteria and technical state prediction of the PCE of sulfurous gas, condensate and oil production sites.
